Beginner training plan
Your first trainingWe will get a baseline of where your skill is at! That means passing, shooting, dodging, running, etc.
Training 2-3We will be working on the fundamentals here! Passing and catching and short range shots. Making sure we get the basics right before we move on.
Training 4-10We will do some more work with passing and catching and basic shooting fundamentals. We will slowly work in some foot work and speed drills. After lesson 4, we will be focusing on position technique and more complex shooting mechanics.
Training 11+These lessons are up to the student. We will be working off previous lessons to improve skills and mechanics they would like to work on. Giving student the flexibility to work on whatever they feel is needed.
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingThis first lesson is to get a baseline on where the player is at! So some passing and catching, shooting, etc.
Training 2-3I like to work in some shooting drills here as well as catching in tough spots! That can be catching and shooting of a pick or catching the ball across your body.
