About your lacrosse coach
Unlocking potential on the lacrosse field is my specialty. For over 20 years, I've loved nothing more than playing lacrosse and meeting amazing individuals doing it. With 20 years of experience playing the game, I strive to develop well-rounded players through strategic skill-building and personalized training. Playing for 5 years in college at St Leo University and Arizona State University i love growing the game of lacrosse through the younger generation.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonEvaluate the skill level and comfortability. Work on basic throwing and catching skills while learning how to cradle.
Lesson 11+At this point we should be able to do all lacrosse drills at a beginner level. Cradling should start to be second nature and the player should be more comfortable with each skill we’ve learned. The most important part on improving is repetition. Like my coach said to me at a young age. If you want to be good at this game sleep with your stick. It’s your best friend, anytime you can practice cradling or playing wall ball you should be doing it! Lacrosse skills are only improved if the repetition stays consistent!
Lesson 4-10If progress is made then we move into my dynamic drills. Learning how to dodge with the ball with various different dodges. Learning the layout of the game. Rules etc. have some fun with long throws, shooting drills etc.
Lesson 2-3Ground balls, playing catch, cradling. Once comfortable we can move into shooting.

What I can bringI have helmets, gloves, arm pads and shoulder pads if needed. Extra sticks are available at request
