Beginner training plan
Your first training sessionIntroduction to the game of Lacrosse, Meet and greet.. Get to know the student athlete and how comfortable they feel with Lacrosse basics.
Training Session 2-3Begin to learn the basics of the game. Learn to pass and catch. Ground ball work.
Training Session 4-10Continue with the basics and gradually understand the students feel for the game and positions to play.
Training Session 11+Based on the student athletes comfort level of what they have learned, we will step up the level of practice and Lacrosse drills.
What you need to bringLacrosse stick.
Water for breaks and hydration.
What I can bringI will bring, Lacrosse balls, Lacrosse sticks if necessary. Lacrosse goal and back stop net. Comes for practice drills.
