Quan is an amazing trainer and person! He always puts his all in making sure his students are offered the highest quality in martial arts techniques and so much more. I went in with a boxing/striking focus but have since developed a liking for MMA as a whole.
That's just how versatile his skill set is. He is very professional and I always leave his sessions ready for the next one!
I don't only feel like I have a trainer, but an older brother also. I'm given quality tips and homework to do on my own between sessions. It's a great experience, great training, great workout. For anyone interested, I highly recommend choosing

Quan is a very good trainer, he will assess the level you're currently at, and design a program to fit your goals! He is affordable, and flexible as far as scheduling goes.
He will even text you exercise has to follow during the week if you cannot meet in person. I have seen very positive results, and also used isometric exercises, kettlebells, medicine ball, light weights, jump rope, and punching routines.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStart with the standard basics and make sure they understand it!
Lesson 11+I give them a few new techniques and talk about how to apply them while doing different ways to use them! And possibly introduce them to light sparring and testing their reactions under pressure.
Lesson 4-10Between here and lesson 10, I give them a few new techniques and talk about how to apply them while doing different ways to use them!
Lesson 2-3I still teach them the basics but help them apply it in different ways to get their reps in.
