About your guitar coach

I started played a little over seven years ago. I’ve toured professionally for around two year, through all the Hawaiian islands, Cali and Washington. I find nothing more exciting than music, and in truth, getting good at it is a lot easier than some make it out to be. If I could provide newcomers, or any level to some of the things I wish I would’ve know when I first started, I strongly believe it will help them to achieve whatever it is they want out of music.

Victor is a personal friend of mine back from Hawai’i. We met at a jam, and from the moment I met him, he was so eager to show me everything he knew and he never asked for a dollar from me. He is incredibly patient and one of those people that make you feel better to be around. He has so much knowledge on the guitar and anyone would be lucky to learn from him.
Julian Jarrett
Victor is a killer instructor. He’s super eager to show you everything he knows and will always push you to learn more than you’re capable of. My music horizon has broadened so much wider since I’ve met him. Would recommend to anyone trying to pick up an instrument, or someone already doing it. He will encourage you to persevere and never stop trying.
Jayden Sullivan
I had no idea about guitar when I first started, but Victor broke it down so simple and we quickly started learning chords and scales. I have a ways to go, but it was way easier than I thought. He’s fun to work with and a laugh riot. Would recommend to anyone looking to learn, or already started.
Layla Ilacqua
Victor actually started teaching me how to play the drums, then he stated to show me the Ukulele. Before I met him I never really listened to music. He broke down every song for me in a simple way of understanding and now my view on music is so much grander. Would highly recommend. If I had the money, I’d pay for your lessons just so he can teach you!
Gaby Sullivan
I think he is really good at music. He is so good at teaching me lessons. And I think that he should give me more lessons. And you should buy his lessons cause they are really good.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonSee where you’re at and find out what exactly you want out of your instrument. Remember, I can’t do any of the work for you, I can only show you the way. The real test is if you practice on your own time and persevere through all the hardships. If you do that, I guarantee you’ll achieve everything you want. The practice plans I’ll offer you is totally dependent on your skill and what you want to achieve.
Lesson 11+By this point, assuming you’ve been practicing on your own and are eager to learn what’s next, you’ll have a pretty good grasp of everything. We’ll go into add and extension chords, drop 2 and drop 3 chords and spread triads (the most beautiful chords), among much more. We’ll start learning advanced rhythm and soloing. Feeling the pocket, going in and out, having fun most of all. The further we get into it, the more your ear and listening comes into play. We’ll work on perfecting. Excited to start working with you.
Lesson 4-10We’ll continue with what we’ve previously learned, but now I’ll show you how to apply it to everything you hear and whatever you want to play. We’ll learn triads all over the fretboard, including inversions. Basic arpeggios. Learn the remainder of the major scales. Begin to learn everything by ear, so you can play anything you want instantly. Start to dive into intervals and knowing them by sound alone. And put everything together so you can start to jam and really express yourself through your instrument. Getting your rhythm and soloing crisp.
Lesson 2-3Depending on your level, teach the basics. I’m going to always push you to take on the most you possible can. Firstly, we’ll start with open chords, learning the C major scale, memorizing your fretboard, and singing everything you play.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe’ll meet and discuss where you’re at and where you want to go. If you don’t have your triads memorized all over the fretboard, we’ll instantly start there. Then, see how well you know your scales. How fluent you are running through the fretboard, vertically and horizontally. Just free flowing.
Lesson 11+From here it’s whatever you want to learn. Always developing your ear. Always developing your style. Always correcting bad habits and perfecting your playing.
Lesson 4-10From here it’s whatever you want to learn. Always developing your ear. Always developing your style. Always correcting bad habits and perfecting your playing.
Lesson 2-3Learning more advanced chords, extensions, adds and drop chords. Fluency with rhythm and soloing. Technique with hand placement and pick holding. Advanced ear training practicing, intervals and all. Mostly find out the direction you want to go in.
