Rick is a seasoned multi-instrumentalist with over 30 years of professional experience in Jazz, Country, Rock, Blues and Soul. Starting his musical journey by covering gigs for his father, a Jazz drummer and singer, Rick expanded his expertise to include drums, clarinet, saxophones, flute, guitar, and vocals. His career has taken him across multiple states, and he has performed in bands and horn sections at colleges, clubs, and beyond.
A dedicated educator, Rick has been teaching guitar for over nine years, specializing in all genres and working with students aged 8 to 75, locally and online. He combines his passion for music with a personal approach, offering lessons in homes, churches, and libraries. Rick aims to inspire musicians of all ages to discover and cultivate their unique talents.

Every lesson, I learn something new. I have learned so much more with Ric than trying to
learn on my own. He has helped me understand scales, finger picking, chords, and
strumming patterns, plus so much more. Its been a great experience, and I am looking
