About your guitar coach

With a four-year degree from the acclaimed Musician's Institute in Hollywood, CA, I have an award-winning background in songwriting and playing for an independent film soundtrack. My experience includes session work in Los Angeles and songwriting collaborations with multiple bands. I have taught guitar and music theory to private students of all ages and in a classroom setting at the world-renowned Margot Fonteyn Academy. I have also toured with the signed band High on Fire and opened for popular rock bands such as Powermann 5000, Clutch, Alabama ThunderPussy, and Deicide.

We met Kyle almost 2 years ago after our 80's rock/metal cover band Havoc lost our lead guitar player. We thought we would never find someone that could take on the task of playing some the best guitar work of all time. Then Kyle came over and played a song with us for about 30 seconds and we knew we had found our guy! Kyle seemed to be able to learn and execute anything we through at him! Then he returned the favor by challenging us to learn some of his favorite songs/bands. Not only is he talented and hardworking, demanding the best from himself all the time, but Kyle is also a joy to work and play with. Music brings him so much joy and excitement that it's contagious! We all feel reinvigorated having him in the band.
