I love playing music, and I love playing music with other people. My goal is to continuously inspire my students, because if you love playing, practicing will never be a chore! My teaching pedagogy is generally a dual approach: it is important to work on the fun things that students want to learn, and it is equally important to spend a little time practicing technical exercises, note reading, and musicianship. I am excited to share my love of music with you, and I look forward to meeting!

## Reviews

> Henry's approach to learning guitar is effective and motivating. We focus a lot on what I want to do and what my goals are, and the exercises he gives me feel like they're really helping me improve every day. Since I'm in my 60s I was a bit scared to start taking lessons but I'm so glad I did!

> Henry always makes my lessons fun and interesting and he is always challenging me in creative ways. I've tried to learn guitar in the past but I never stuck with it, now I'm on week 8 and I'm excited to keep playing!

> I love working with Henry and he has really inspired me to keep playing and loving music. I know so much more than I did just earlier this year, and he makes even boring exercises seem fun.
