To whom it may concern, I have known Chris Joseph since 2010. In the Jme I have known him, he has grown into an excepJonal young man and musician. He was iniJally a violinist in my orchestra and began studying guitar with me privately as a teen. During his Jme at Old Bridge High School, he was always and eager student and always helped with the middle school level students in our orchestra and guitar groups there. His enthusiasm was always contagious amongst his peers, as well as the younger students he helped to mentor. His abiliJes reached the college level where he studied under the tutelage of Francisco Roldan. He has since become an excepJonal guitarist in his own right and conJnues to excel with his ability to play very difficult guitar repertoire. As an adjunct professor, and faculty advisor to the NJCU chapter of the Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity, I had the joy of iniJaJng him as a brother. I was able to keep in contact with him during his years at New Jersey City University and had the joy of aYending his senior recital there. Chris is a young man of unparalleled ability and character. He is someone I trust with my students, as well as my own children. It is in this spirit that I say he would be an amazing asset to any employer or organizaJon. With great pride and sincerity, Bernard Mathews MM, Classical Guitar Performance University of Miami

To whom it may concern; I've known Christopher Joseph for many years, since he started as a freshman at the New Jersey City University, majoring in music and the classical guitar, and where I was the Guitar Coordinator and an associate professor of Music. I continue to watch his development as he becomes an entrepreneur in the music field with his production company ECGN Entertainment and as he continues to grow as a musician with his dedication to the guitar. Chris has the drive and the intelligence to succeed in any field he chooses to pursue and we are lucky to have his talents serve the cause of the classical style of the guitar. His energy and that of his partners are reinvigorating and diversifying a field of music that benefits from the presence and representation of his age group and of his background. On top of that drive is a musical talent and a heart that speaks through the instrument with compelling intensity. I am confident that we will be hearing great things from Christopher Joseph and I will be watching excitedly for all of it! I am thrilled to express my deep appreciation for Chris Joseph, my esteemed manager at ECGN, whose exceptional leadership has made a lasting impact on our team. Beyond his prowess in managing our startup company for bolstering local musicians, Chris brings a unique dimension to our workplace as a passionate guitar player himself. Chris's ability to lead and inspire extends seamlessly to his role as a musician within our team. His playing ability makes me confident in his ability to spotlight other musicians, which is one of the key tenants of ECGN. As a guitar player, Chris injects creativity into our work culture, fostering an environment that values not only promotional excellence but also the artistic expression that music brings. His dedication as a musician creates a workplace that is not only productive but also harmonious. It is for these reason I find Chris an excellent choice for the position. Sincerely, Michael Sarbone

I highly recommend Chris for your company. He has a welcoming personality, exceptional performance skills, and an insatiable thirst for learning and improving his craft. As a classmate and colleague of his for the last 7 years, I can attest to his ability to create a comfortable and encouraging learning environment. He has a natural ability to make even the most complex concepts easy to understand and apply. He is someone who never stops learning and working on his craft. He is constantly seeking out new techniques, styles, and approaches to guitar, which he brings back to his students. It's a testament to his dedication and passion for music. Overall, if you're looking for a guitar teacher who is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also a great person to work with, Chris is the perfect choice.

I had the pleasure to meet Chris through my daughter while both were Orchestra members at Old Bridge High School. Chris expressed great love for music and in teaching. Since I’m an elementary strings director for my district I was able to give Chris an opportunity in teaching and performing at a summer music workshop on voluntary basis. It was a pleasure to have him participate. He did an amazing job as a performer and a teacher. Chris is a very versatile musician and a warmhearted person. I have recommended him as a teacher to my colleagues and friends numerous times knowing that they will have fun and productive lessons. I would recommend Chris to anyone who wants to play guitar.
