Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson, I focus on creating a comfortable and confidence-building experience.
I start by understanding the student’s goals, athletic background, and any concerns they may have.
Then, I introduce the core fundamentals: grip, posture, alignment, and basic swing concepts.
We use slow-motion drills, mirror work, and short-swing motion to help the student feel balance, rhythm, and solid contact.
By the end of Lesson 1, the student will understand the essentials and be able to hit consistent basic shots with proper form.
