Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI like to see where they’re at with their original swing. Then, we start with the basics that are extremely important; grip, posture, alignment.
Lesson 2-3Similar “system checks”, then we will move on to the specific needs for the students backswing, in order to set them up for a great downswing.
Lesson 4-10We will start with “system checks”, to make sure they’re still on the right track. Then, we will work on how the body rotates throughout the golf swing. Towards later lessons, I’d expect we move onto short game, depending when the student feels ready.
Lesson 11+We will then move onto golf course strategy once we have all the mechanics down. This gives the student the best chance to score well on the golf course!
