Advanced training plan
Your first lessonUnderstand the goal of the students and work with he/she to come up with an agreeable roadmaps of the lesson plans.
Lesson 11+Develop long term plans for the student with a few drills to let the student work on the swing themselves.
Lesson 4-10Get the student to work on specific drills to help with the changes.
Lesson 2-3Confirm the lesson plan to ensure that it is the right plan for the student and make any adjustments as necessary.
