Sean is a fantastic and patient instructor! I was fortunate to take his day-long golf clinic where we spent the morning fine tuning our chipping and putting. These were my weakest parts of the game, but after his clinic I was able to approach them with more confidence and proficiency. By breaking down the mechanics, and showing us some simple movements, I am now able to chip up to the green, and my putting has never been better. He also used some incredible technology to help us with our drives. It showed me both what I was doing right, and small things to improve upon. We spent the afternoon of his clinic putting our new skills to use, with personal attention to make sure we were able to use our new skills. His style of teaching kept me relaxed and eager to try new techniques. Thank you Sean! I still hear your voice when I'm putting and it always makes me smile!

I've known Sean for a long time and just recently reconnected with him. I couldn't be happier that he has been able to follow his passion and use his natural talent in his golf career. His love for the sport truly shows when he plays and when he teaches.
His teaching style is very engaging. He consistently offers positive, yet constructive feedback. Sean dissects your swing and will focus on small, individual aspects of the overall swing which makes learning and adjusting easy. The best part is that he not only makes the correction but he explains why and what happens so that you can learn how to come back to a particular correction or drill when you see the problem again.
I would recommend Sean Lanyi to golfers of all ages in any stage of your game.

Earlier this year, my fiancée asked me to buy him golf lessons as an anniversary present. I have had the opportunity to work with Sean and he is always in a positive mood. He is a great instructor and will work with anyone. He is great with Jr. golfers striving to get better, he is also a good instructor for all ages. He uses a wide variety of different swing techniques to help a golfer, he will never talk about the same things with different students. He will work with each individual student and wants to make them better golfers. He is the most positive person that I know and I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. Sean Lanyi is a wonderful instructor. He always has a positive attitude and very encouraging to the people he teaches. He is the only golf instructor I would go to. He really knows how to improve everyones golf game and has the ability to use special technology to show you your swing and how you are hitting the ball and how to better improve your golf swing. Sean has a ton of patience and can work with anyone. He truly is a great instructor and I look forward to improving my golf game with him.
