I’m Sam Goldfarb III, and I’ve been immersed in competitive golf for the past 20 years. As a former DII NCAA athlete at Texas A&M International University with a current handicap of 2.4, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching golfers of all ages, from kids as young as 5 to adults in their 70s. Whether you’re a beginner or an amateur looking to improve, golf is my passion, and I’m here to help you elevate your game.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will start with basic stretches and then proper grip and stance. We will then learn about proper swing mechanics,(posture, weight distribution, tempo, etc.)
Lesson 11+We will work on shaping shots and working on our special shots, (lower stingers, bunker shots, flop shots, etc,) At this point the student will have a better understanding of the game and we will work on course management. Honing these skills are key to turning a beginner into a skilled player.
Lesson 4-10At this point we will really start fine tuning the swing and targeting weak spots. The students swing will be well structured by this point. We will begin calculating distances for each club and discussing more elements of golf. We will work on our short game in the later lessons (pitching,chipping,putting)
Lesson 2-3During these lessons we will recap lesson one and work on continuous improvement. We will increase flexibility and control at this time.

What you need to bringYou should bring golf equipment like gloves and clubs. (I don’t have spares available right now.)
What I can bringRange balls and tees will be provided. Also, any training equipment will be provided by me as well.
