Your first lessonUnderstand the game of golf and how to grip the golf club properly.
Lesson 11+Understanding the follow through, and make good finish posture with keeping the balance. How to generate more power with good tempo and rhythm.
Lesson 4-10How to use the lower body to sync with the upper body on the down swing, understanding the transition, the impact position, and proper release of your hands.
Lesson 2-3How to use the upper body, arms, and wrists to initiate the back swing.
Advanced training plan
What you need to bringThe students need to bring a bottle of water, golf glove, and 7iron for the basic lesson.
