Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI start with a brief interview and goal setting. Then move onto a pre-swing fundamentals and last a small to large swing progression.
Lesson 2-3The 2nd and 3rd lesson are all about building consistency, controlling where the ball goes,and introducing new clubs into the practice.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4th through 10th will focus on course management, specialized shots and situational strategy.
Lesson 11+The remaining lessons will become more of a diagnostic check-ups,with advanced long -term focus.
