Your first lessonFirst Lesson (Introduction & Fundamentals)
Assessment: Evaluate their current skill level, goals, and any physical limitations.
Grip, Stance & Posture: Teach proper hand placement, stance width, and posture for an effective swing.
Basic Swing Mechanics: Introduce the concept of a proper backswing, downswing, and follow-through.
Short Game Basics: Briefly cover putting and chipping to introduce the importance of control.
Ball Contact & Feel: Focus on making solid contact with the ball and understanding clubface control.
Drills & Homework: Assign simple practice drills to reinforce grip and stance.
