Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson build the understanding required to swing a club, and apply it in real time so you leave the first lesson already equipped with a powerful golf swing built on true conscious understanding.
Lesson 11+As we continue the beginner will rapidly become the competent avid golfer. The student will aquire competency in how to play the golf course, mastery of the three fundamentals, short game and putting competency, and develop the skills and modalities required to progress their game and maximize their practice time.
Lesson 4-10As we progress we continue to develop the fundamentals through applications of the first two principles. This is where we pursue the embodiment of the fundamentals to their maximum possible extent, and begin to understand deeper how the club and systems of the body work together and where to apply your focus. We also develop swing scripts which allow the golfer to stay on cue, and remain consistent. In these lessons we also dive deeper into the learning so the student is empowered with the knowledge in which these teachings are rooted.
Lesson 2-3In lessons 2-3 we understand more about the fundamentals of the pendulum and apply them to further develop the swing, and cognitive framework. The container #1 exercise is likely introduced, and important concepts of learning are taught to ensure the student is making changes and adapting efficiently.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is typically a discovery call, focusing on identifying goals and where the golfer ultimately sees themselves arriving. We uncover what they feel their true potential is and develop a path and timeline toward actualization of that golfing identity.
Lesson 11+As we continue on we are focused on real world applications scenarios, highly targeted coaching sessions, and nuanced refinement of technique. We develop effective swing scripts, routines, course strategies, practice strategies, training strategies, learning strategies, and continue the NLP work to move the golfer into their highest possible potential.
Lesson 4-10In this time span we continue the work of building conscious competency around the objective fundamentals and principles of golf, and continue to dismantle old beliefs and ideas that have been limiting their potential. We also work through multiple modalities such as deliberate practice and NLP techniques to accelerate the learning and self actualization process.
Lesson 2-3In lessons two and three are primarily focused on the deconstructing false teachings that the golfer has acquired and replacing them with self evidentially objective concepts and understanding. This opens the doorway for their next leap forward in performance.
Youth players
Working with kidsWhen I work with kids I bookend the sessions with proprioceptive training to help them have a greater physical sense and awareness of their golf swing and enhance the nervous systems capability for learning.
Working with teenagersWith teenagers I also emphasize the use of golf as a social, career, and personal development tool so that they can be the best version of themselves as they go through this period of incredible change in their lives.
