Mike and I met each other in Scottsdale and I had been wanting to take golf lessons. We started working together and he has been great thus far. He definitely works well with beginners as I felt he kept things simple. I did not feel overwhelmed and I have learned a lot so far. I enjoy the lessons and all of the drills and practice methods he gives me to improve.

How it works
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFocus on basic fundamentals prior to making a golf swing. Then focus on training the body and the muscles how to properly move during a golf swing. Try to start making first swings at the ball.
Lesson 11+Playing lessons, specific swing mechanics affecting recent play
Lesson 4-10Full swing development, short game practice, golf strategy
Lesson 2-3More focus on fundamentals and swing development. Focus on short game such as chipping and putting as well.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAssess current fundamentals and golf swing. See what the client is looking to improve upon the most. Provide a plan of attack.
Lesson 11+Fine tuning and practice
Lesson 4-10Staying up to date with the players current game to provide the most relevant information. Continuing to work on the clients goal or improving the overall golf move.
Lesson 2-3Reasses what was worked on in the previous lesson and provide more drills and practice on this technique. Add in potentially another move or focus to the swing.
Youth players
Working with kidsI try to relate golf to other sports or activities they are interested in to help understand certain fundamentals. The goal is to make it as simple as possible.
Working with teenagersOnce again I focus on athletic moves and references based on other sports they might play. I also focus on fundamentals heavily.
