Beginner training plan
Your first lessonHow to hold the club, body mechanics, tempo, fundamentals. Assessing personal experience level, club usage.
Lesson 11+To be able to connect with the ball and develop swing accuracy and contact.
Lesson 4-10To be able to have a consistent and strong follow through, muscle balance for longevity of play and to help develop individual technique based on realized body mechanics,
Lesson 2-3Building swing strength and balance, hand eye coordination, continued tempo development and customized posture and joint flow.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonMost advanced players are looking for more power, improving accuracy and in order to do that they need to redevelop some of their physical weaknesses that may affect their game. I use kinesiology and physiotherapy as it applies to golf movements to help them maintain their technique, strengthen and balance their body for longevity.
Lesson 2-3Continued customized work, physiotherapy and kinesiology pertaining to golf movements, techniques and flow.
What you need to bringA set of clubs if you have them otherwise, bring, a driver, wedge or 9 iron
