I’m a good golfer but had been away from it for years do to work. I was interested in getting back into it when I found Coach Matt and have been working with him ever since. He has a way of making the process very enjoyable and easy to understand. He listens very intently to what you are saying and watches what you are doing, or trying to do in some cases. He will adjust his method if he thinks something isn’t working or if I’m not fully understanding what he is trying to communicate. I would highly recommend him if you are nervous or intimidated of the game or the idea of getting lessons with someone. He makes it very comfortable and enjoyable, always finding fun ways to teach something new.
Nyla and Ben

My kids Nyla and Ben work with Coach Matt on a weekly basis every Sunday during the season. When we drive into the club we are always excited to see what he has set up for the kids. Whether it’s a customs putt putt course, a long drive competition with markers and top tracer, or “break stuff day” where he sets up fun breakable or knockdown-able targets the kids can hit at. He will even take things a bit further and go out there in himself and challenge the kids to try and hit him! We truly enjoy Coach Matt and his teaching technique, the kids can’t get enough of him!

Coach Matt has a very beginner friendly coaching style. My son Neel met him through the US Kids program and has had the most amazing experience. Neel has never been as excited to play and practice as he is when he works along side Coach Matt. We are doing indoor lessons now at his beautiful facility in Acton MA, and look forward to working with him outside at the club he works out when the spring comes!

Coach Matt is a great teacher who always makes the lessons fun. We play games, he challenges me on the course where he might play one handed or with my clubs to make it fair. I enjoy lessons with coach Matt and have started to get my friends interested too!

Edith is 4. She takes lessons with coach Matt weekly. She loves his fun games where they build grand staircases, rainbows, and octopus! Edith adores coach Matt, she even brings her dolls to the lessons, they find him to be funny!
