Matt flexes lessons depending on my needs, which is amazing. He’s teaching me the system I need to rely on, but in such a way that it simply reinforcing very learnable techniques. For me, that also means unlearning some old habits as I rebuild. But it’s already paying dividends in some repeatable improved mechanics.
