Manny Zerman, a former PGA Tour player, brings his extensive golf expertise and passion for teaching to Monsignor Edward Pace High School as the head coach of the newly revived golf program. With a storied career that began at age 15 as the youngest player to qualify for the South African Open, Zerman competed in the 1991 and 1992 Masters as an amateur before turning professional in 1993. He played on the US PGA Tour and in the 2000 British Open before retiring from competitive play. Following his professional career, Zerman founded the Manny Zerman School of Golf in Hollywood, where he has coached PGA Tour players and golf enthusiasts from around the world. Now, he brings this wealth of experience to inspire and develop the next generation of golfers at Pace High School. This season kicked off with a meet-and-greet and skills evaluation at Miami Shores Country Club, leading to the team’s first match against Divine Savior Academy.
