Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWrist to floor measurements on you just to see if you need any extensions or cut downs. If you don’t already it’s fine. I just need a baseline. The first lesson would be to see your natural form and I will take notes of that and go from there. This will be the shortest lesson.
Lesson 4-10Lesson 4 will be lessons 2/3 with 7 iron work at the range added in with HALF SWINGS for the first half of lesson and full swings for the final shots (I want to focus on contact and rotation). Lesson 5 is lessons same as lesson 4. Lesson 6 we will focus on driver contact and rotation along with the first 5 lessons. Lessons 7-10 will be bringing it all together with the first 6 lessons. Now we are working on consistency.
Lesson 2-3Second lesson I expect the proper alterations (if needed) to be made to the clubs. We will start off from the green and work our way back to the tee box. So lesson 2 will be putting from 3/6/10ft. Lesson 3 will be the putting lesson from 2 with chipping added in.
