Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI want to get to know my students—their goals, skill level, and what excites them about golf. The first lesson will be about building comfort with the basics, introducing simple drills, and laying the foundation for fun and growth.
Lesson 11+By this stage, I want my students to truly blossom. We’ll work on course strategy, playing short rounds for real exposure, and dive deeper into golf etiquette and rules. The focus will be on combining skills, building confidence under pressure, and enjoying the full game experience.
Lesson 4-10Here we’ll expand into the long game—driving, irons, and fairway shots—while continuing to sharpen short game skills. Each session will blend mechanics, consistency drills, and real-world practice so students feel more confident on the course.
Lesson 2-3We’ll start small with the short game, since it’s the most important part of golf. Putting, chipping, and pitching will help students see quick progress and build confidence early on.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson, I assess the player’s current game—swing mechanics, consistency, course strategy, and mental approach. We’ll review strengths, identify areas for refinement, and set clear performance goals. This helps create a roadmap for targeted improvement.
Lesson 11+Now it’s about elevating the player’s game to a competitive level. Lessons will include simulated rounds, advanced course strategy, reading greens at a high level, and strengthening mental toughness. We’ll also integrate tournament preparation and high-pressure drills so players feel confident in any competitive or challenging round.
