Lesson 2-3Start out with overview and teach some basics. Grip Aim Posture. Work on getting the right technique started. Work on our chipping, pitching, and full swing
Advanced training plan
Your first lesson1. Player Interview (10 min)
• Competitive goals, scoring average, strengths/weaknesses
• Practice habits, physical limitations, mental game self-assessment
2. Full Swing Assessment (15 min)
• Video capture (face-on & down-the-line)
• Launch monitor data (if available): club path, face angle, AoA, spin
• Determine key swing tendencies
3. Short Game Evaluation (10 min)
• 20–60 yard wedge shots
• Green-side chipping from various lies
• Bunker technique snapshot
4. Putting Evaluation (10 min)
• Stroke pattern (face rotation, path, tempo)
• Distance control and green reading tendencies
5. Mental Game Snapshot (5 min)
• Pre-shot routine
• Pressure mindset
• Self-talk and confidence discussion
6. Priority Plan & Homework (15 min)
• Identify 1–2 key technical areas to work on
• Assign video drills, feedback loop tools (mirror, phone, etc.)
