I am an LPGA Apprentice. As the founder of Grasp Girls With Golf, I am dedicated to empowering young women through the game of golf. My journey began as a Howard University women’s golf team graduate, where I developed a deep passion for the sport. Throughout my career, I've worked for esteemed companies such as Pebble Beach Golf Resorts, Callaway Golf, and The First Tee. Under the mentorship of top instructors in the industry, I've accumulated over 1000 hours of teaching experience. Through Grasp Girls With Golf, I aim to inspire the next generation of female golfers and instill in them the confidence and skills to succeed both on and off the course.

Lesson 11+Goal setting and golf management
Lesson 4-10Learning golf is one thing, but these next lessons will focus on strengthening our mental game.
Lesson 2-3We will build on fundamentals and develop a sound routine to create consistency.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI’ll ask you what you would like to fix. We’ll discuss the root cause and then discuss the best plan of action to eliminate bad habits you may have going forward.
Lesson 11+We’ll talk through course management and what exercises you will need to implement into your routine to get 1% better going forward.
Lesson 4-10We’ll go through a short game combine. If your short game is solid, we’ll head on the course for pressure situations.
Lesson 2-3We’ll look over your stats and practice regime to see if our goals and objectives are realistic.

What you need to bringA golf glove, water bottle, an open mind, and clubs that you are comfortable with. If you don’t have your own set or clubs fit for you specifically, I may have some rentals that you can use during our lesson.
