I'm Keith Jarvis, and you could say I've made a name for myself in the world of golf. Currently, I'm proud to be a Golf Channel coach of the week and a Lead Coach at the Golf Channel Academy in New Jersey. I've also been recognized as a Top 100 Instructor, which is a real honor. Golf has been my passion for over four decades now. Throughout my career, I've been fortunate enough to both play and coach at a high level. Before joining the Golf Channel Academy, I was a Lead Instructor with ESPN Golf Schools, where I helped many aspiring golfers improve their game. I was even part of the instructional team when Hank Haney was Dean of Instruction – the same time he was coaching Tiger Woods! I've always been eager to learn and improve my own understanding of the game. I've been taking lessons from Hank Haney and his team since the early '80s, and I even participated in his famous "Teaching the Teacher" courses. Beyond my connection with Haney, I've also had the opportunity to work with some of the best coaches in the business, like Butch Harmon, Andy Plummer, Mike Bennett, and short game guru James Sieckmann.

if 10/10 was a thing that is what Keith should be. He has the knowledge as well as explaining it a way that you just get. He clearly has a love and passion for the game and wants to help people out. after 10 minutes of our first lesson I was already hitting the ball more solid and straighter. keith is the man and anyone who needs lesson should look no further then keith

Great coach! Patient but doesn’t let you off the hook with bad habits. Keith has a great understanding of how small changes lead to big impact. After just a few sessions, my ball contact has drastically improved and my understanding of the most important parts of a sound golf swing to lower score are very clear. Beginner training plan
Your first lesson#1. Can you hit every ball in the air? (Are you topping or Chunking)? If this is a problem, this is where we start teaching you to get every ball in the air. This is a game that’s played in the air and if you’re hitting toppers, it’s gonna be very hard for you to learn to score if you’re chunking, you won’t be able to hit it far in the air…
Lesson 2-3#2. We know the best players in the world hit the ground in a very specific spot and that is in front of the ball not behind the ball. They hit the ball first and then hit the ground. If you ever watch any golf, you’ll notice that they take divots after they hit the ball not before. So this is where we go next teaching you to move the divot in front of the ball so you can compress the ball and hit it far. (This is directly related to chunking).

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
