Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will focus on evaluating the players natural abilities. We will look at body mechanics, fitness, and physical limitations to develop a swing that is unique to the individual.
We will also go over the fundamentals of golf and οΏΌbegin discussing grip, stance, ball position, posture, spine angle. The student will hit 5 to 20 balls during the session.
