The first lesson will focus on evaluating the players natural abilities. We will look at body mechanics, fitness, and physical limitations to develop a swing that is unique to the individual.
We will also go over the fundamentals of golf and begin discussing grip, stance, ball position, posture, spine angle. The student will hit 5 to 20 balls during the session.
These lessons will be more advanced. We will focus on specific yardages with clubs as well as shot shaping. We will also go over advanced chipping, lobbing, and flop shots. We will also discuss Green reading and putting techniques for accuracy within 10 feet.
These lessons will be focused on perfecting the golf swing and making the swing your own. You will also learn how to untap effortless power by using compression to move the golf ball. These lessons will be the most difficult as the body positioning will be awkward and intense until you develop the required muscle memory.
Lessons two and three will focus on building on your golf swing using the fundamentals. We’ve also discussed ball flight laws, example hitting a draw, hitting a fade, hitting a stinger. This lesson will also focus on swinging freely and releasing tension to the golf swing. The student will hit 25 to 50 balls during these sessions.
