Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStart on the range with some simple wedge shots to get a feel for how developed student’s swing is overall. Explain swing and golf basics/key fundamentals.
Lesson 11+Polish game throughout the whole bag and short game. Take student for first playing lessons on course to bring what was learned on the range to a full round of golf.
Lesson 4-10Work on chipping and putting as well as continuing to improve overall swing, build power/confidence, and correct “problem clubs”.
Lesson 2-3Develop swing with multiple clubs in bag to make sure fundamentals/technique are sinking in and muscle memory is building.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonDiscussion of overall golf experience and what student wants to focus on. Watch swing with multiple clubs, gauge shot shape, and areas for improvement.
Lesson 11+Playing lessons to learn golf acumen, shot and club selection, course management.
Lesson 4-10Focus in on any specific clubs/shots/areas of the game that give player trouble.
