Goal: Learn solid contact, body rotation, and control distance.
Drills:
Grip and stance fundamentals.
Focus on brushing the grass, not hitting at the ball.
Clubs to use: Wedge, 9-iron.
Reps: 20–30 balls × 3 sets.

Always warm up with stretches + half-swings.
Focus on contact first, distance later.
Keep swings at 70–80% effort for control.
Record swings (video) for self-check.
Full Swing (All Clubs)
Goal: Develop full motion with balance, rhythm, and confidence.
Drills:
Full shoulder turn, weight shift, balanced finish.
Start with mid-irons → move to hybrids → fairway woods → driver.
Emphasize same tempo for all clubs.
Clubs to use: Progress through the bag, finishing with driver.
Reps: 10–15 balls per club.
L-to-L Swing (Pitching & Controlled Power)
Goal: Build wrist hinge, tempo, and consistent ball flight.
Drills:L on the backswing , L on the
follow-through, with proper finish.
Smooth transition, weight shift forward.
Focus on strike before turf.
Clubs to use: Wedge → 7-iron.
Reps: 20 balls × 3 sets per club.
