Beginner training plan
Your first lessonGet some basic numbers from a flightscope about their swing, get an overall feel for what they are really trying to improve on in their game. Give 3-4 swing thoughts, as well as corresponding drills, to work on for next time at end of session
Lesson 4-10Short game practice. On the green, fringe, rough around the green, and putting/chipping/pitching from the fairway
Lesson 2-3Deeper dive into their mechanics, set short-term goals for on the course, and use more visual aids to demonstrate the changes I would be talking about.
