If you want to learn the basics of golf without the high cost of private lessons, give me a shout. I work primarily with beginners and intermediate players. Whether you're new to the game or need help with your stance, grip, and swing positions, we must talk! Have a short game and putting issues? We can work through those too. A well-respected teacher taught me and have had the opportunity to pick the brains of a few tour pros. With extensive knowledge of the golf swing, fundamentals, and drills, I can help you improve your game. You will get better!

Jack is a great instructor. He is very good at explaining flaws in approach, stance and swing in terms a beginner can understand. His demeanor when explaining techniques is not at all intimidating. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI would like to have an introductory conversation before we start so we can talk about your goals and expectations. In our 1st lesson we will work on a proper grip, stance and basic swing technique. I’ll give you drills to work on.
Lesson 4-10We will move to chipping and putting as soon as I feel your getting close to your 1st round. We will talk about the 2 golden rules. Rule 1: Have fun! Golf is hard. If you’re not enjoying it go play pickleball or go shopping. You should be excited about your progress! Rule 2: Nobody cares. If you are fabulous, hardly anyone will notice. If you’re awful same applies. Go back to Rule 1 - have fun!
Lesson 2-3As we move forward my goal is to teach you how to play golf, not just golf swing.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI generally don’t work with advanced players on technique or skills but more with the decision making on the course. Great players make dumb mistakes.
What you need to bringWe can talk about all that in our introductory conversation.
What I can bringI will provide the range balls. I don’t teach by watching the clock. Our lesson is over when we are done.
