The first lesson is focused on comfort, confidence, and fundamentals. We start by discussing goals and any previous experience, then establish proper grip, posture, alignment, and setup. The emphasis is on making solid contact and understanding basic swing motion without overwhelming technical details. Each student leaves with a simple practice plan and a clear understanding of what to work on.
Ongoing lessons are customized to the player’s goals and tendencies. Instruction focuses on refining swing mechanics, improving distance and accuracy, and developing scoring skills. Advanced short game, course management, and mental approach are emphasized to help students play more confidently and lower scores.
Lessons four through ten focus on consistency and skill development. Students progress through mid-irons, hybrids, and driver while improving rotation, weight transfer, and face control. Short-game instruction expands to pitching and bunker basics. We also introduce pre-shot routine, course strategy, and rules to prepare students for on-course play.
Lessons two and three reinforce the fundamentals while building a repeatable swing motion. We focus on short irons and wedges to improve contact, balance, and direction. Students begin learning basic swing sequencing, rhythm, and low-point control. Introduction to chipping and putting helps develop touch and confidence around the greens.
