Fundamentals of golf:
- set up basics
- stance
- posture
- grip
- alignment
Will touch a little about the biomechanics of the swing but not a lot, just to let the bodyβs natural athletic ability take over and coordinate.
At this stage, beginners will start playing actual holes on the course. Focus will be on learning golf etiquette β pace of play, safety, repairing divots and ball marks, and respecting other players. Students will practice basic rules, how to keep score, and how to move efficiently between shots. On-course lessons will help them apply their swing fundamentals in real situations, manage nerves, and begin developing a feel for strategy and club selection.
These lessons will focus on refining consistency and introducing situational shots. Beginners will learn how to square the clubface reliably, build a repeatable pre-shot routine, and practice with different clubs. Drills will emphasize rhythm, balance, and accuracy rather than power. By this stage, players should start hitting more solid contact and gaining confidence with irons, woods, and the short game. Lessons will also cover the fundamentals of chipping, pitching, and basic bunker play to round out a complete foundation.
Will get into the biomechanics of fullswing. Learning the proper way to generate force, transfer weight, and put energy into the ball. Learning the proper kinematic sequence is important prior to learning how to square up the face.
