Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is always about fundamentals: grip, stance, posture, alignment, ball position.
Lesson 11+Lessons 11+ review all aspects previously taught and reinforce pre-shot and swing fundamentals.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 go into further detail about ball flight laws and how the club face and club path cause certain shot shapes.
Lesson 2-3In lessons 2-3 we review the fundamentals and go over the basic movements of the hands, wrists, and arms in the swing.
