Christopher’s lesson was quite helpful. How it works

Beginner training plan

Your first lessonIn the first lesson, I evaluate the player’s natural motion, grip, stance, posture, and alignment. I introduce the basic structure of the golf swing and correct the main setup issues. The priority is establishing a proper foundation so the player understands how to position themselves and move the club correctly from the start.

Lesson 11+From lesson 11 onward, we refine the player’s mechanics and begin applying skills on the course. This includes distance control, wedge play, short-game versatility, putting structure, and course strategy. The goal is to build a complete, consistent game the player can rely on during real rounds.

Lesson 4-10Lessons 4–10 develop the full swing and short game. We work on rotation, weight transfer, swing path, low-point control, and reliable contact across all clubs. Players also learn chipping technique, pitching basics, and structured putting fundamentals. Video analysis and targeted drills help reinforce proper movement.

Lesson 2-3Lessons 2–3 focus on building a consistent setup and improving the takeaway. Players work on controlling the club on plane, stabilizing their lower body, and making cleaner contact with short and mid irons. These lessons begin shaping a repeatable swing pattern.

Advanced training plan

We also introduce on-course strategy, shot selection, and distance control. These lessons help the player apply their swing reliably on the course and build a complete, consistent playing structure.

Working with teenagersWith teenagers, I combine strong fundamentals with more advanced concepts to match their growing abilities and focus. I explain the ‘why’ behind each movement so they can understand and repeat it on their own. Lessons include structured drills, video feedback, and clear goals to help them improve quickly. I also prioritize building confidence, consistency, and course strategy so they can develop a complete, reliable game.
