In the first lesson, I evaluate the player’s natural motion, grip, stance, posture, and alignment. I identify their main swing tendencies and introduce the fundamental positions needed for a proper golf swing. The focus is on establishing a clear baseline and correcting the key mechanical issues that will have the biggest impact going forward.
In lessons 11 and beyond, we refine the player’s full game — full-swing mechanics, wedge play, short-game versatility, and putting fundamentals. We also introduce on-course strategy, shot selection, and distance control. These lessons help the player apply their swing reliably on the course and build a complete, consistent playing structure.
Lessons 4–10 focus on full-swing development and short-game fundamentals. We work on rotation, weight transfer, swing path, and shaping solid contact across all clubs. Players also learn chipping technique, pitching mechanics, and basic putting structure. Video feedback and structured drills are introduced to help the player understand and repeat proper movement patterns.
In lessons 2–3, we reinforce the fundamentals and begin building a consistent setup and takeaway. Players learn how to move the club on plane, control the low point, and create clean contact with short and mid irons. These sessions focus on developing a reliable motion and eliminating early swing faults.
