Beginner training plan
Your first lessonReview with beginners their experience level with golf and their goals or passion for getting better. Complete an assessment using TPI level 1 as foundation to know any limitations before starting with swing principals and lesson. Assign drills and routines to practice between the next session. If playing a course soon for the first time, discuss course etiquette and what to expect.
Lesson 2-3Review drills and routines from first session. Discuss any challenges and continue to build on foundation of swing and selecting a target. Focus on contact and repeatable process. Assess any changes needed and assign next set of drills as needed.
Lesson 4-10Review drills and routines from last session. Complete follow on assessment (as needed) to review changes and confirm progress. Build on foundational skills with specialized shots and course management.
Lesson 11+Tailored lessons continuing to build on your progression. Advanced theory, tournament preparation, and fine tuning skills as needed.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonTPI foundational level 1 mobility assessment. Skill based challenges for hitting shots and measuring dispersion. Discuss challenges in current round management and review any data the member is prepared with from tracking rounds. Based on commitment level of athlete, establish routines and lesson intervals.
