About your golf coach
Hi, my name is Austin Squires! Professional golfer and teaching professional from Northern Kentucky. I played for the University of Cincinnati from 2015 to 2019 and have been playing professional golf since. As an amateur I made it to the Quarterfinals of the US Amateur twice and was ranked 80th in the world. As a professional I have played on the Korn Ferry Tour and PGA Tour Americas! I’d love to share with you what I have learned over my 18 years of competitive experience!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe start is every good swing is the fundamentals. We will check things like posture, alignment, grip, etc.
Lesson 11+Checkups and assess what’s needed
Lesson 4-10From here we should have a really strong foundation, can begin to work on specialties. Such as course management, shots around the green, and distance control.
Lesson 2-3Once fundamentals have been ingrained, we will assess the parts of the swing that need work. Whether it’s rotation, wrist angle, or something of that nature.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe will begin the lesson with a conversation including the students goals and areas of their game that need work. We will then analyze their swing and create a base to work forward from.
Lesson 11+Continued check ups, performance based work, and student specific specialty shots.
Lesson 4-10From this point on it will mostly be check ups on the swing and switching main focus to performance based work.
Lesson 2-3These lessons will be further work into what we started in the first lesson.
