Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI begin my first lesson by creating a friendly and welcoming environment where the student feels comfortable and confident. I introduce myself, learn about the student’s goals, and assess their current level through simple questions and activities. I then introduce a basic concept using clear explanations and practical examples, allowing the student to participate and ask questions. I finish by reviewing what we have learned, providing positive feedback, and outlining the next steps in their learning journey.
Lesson 2-3In the second and third lessons, I focus on reviewing previous concepts, strengthening the student’s understanding, and introducing new material step by step. Through clear explanations, practical examples, and interactive exercises, I help students apply what they learn, ask questions, and develop confidence. Each lesson ends with a brief review, constructive feedback, and simple practice activities to reinforce learning and prepare the student for the next lesson.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4–10: Practicing and Developing Skills
From the fourth to the tenth lesson, students can expect to deepen their understanding and apply what they have learned through more challenging exercises and practical activities. Lessons will focus on strengthening essential skills, solving problems, improving communication, and developing independent thinking. I will provide personalized guidance, regular feedback, and opportunities to practice at each student’s pace. By the tenth lesson, students should have a stronger foundation, greater confidence, and a clearer understanding of their progress toward their learning goals.
