Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will stretch for 10 minutes before each workout. We then testing to see where your athlete physical abilities stand. After testing we will discuss a plan to help improve and sharpen skills for your young athlete.
Lesson 2-3We will stretch for 10 minutes before we begin working out. We will do some cone and ladder drills to help improve some your athletes agility, followed by some position work. We will take the last 10 minutes to condition and build stamina
Youth players
Working with kidsWe will start with the fundamentals of each sport. Such as running, throwing, tackling and catching.
Working with teenagersWe will develop our teenagers by what position they play. We will mostly work on hand-eye coordination, agility, speed and strength
What you need to bringPlease bring workout clothes, such as shorts and t shirt with either cleats or gyms shoes to workout in
