- Depending on age group, access football knowledge
Training 4-10- Physical training geared toward specific needs that build quick twitch muscle while also using more mental agility pre-snap
- Continuous reps that reenforce the previous week’s work.
- “Mid-Term” quiz on specified areas to ensure information is retained not just regurgitated
Training 11+Continued assessments of player in training and at games.
