My name is Vernon Joines Jr. I was a 3 sport athlete in high school (football, basketball and track & field). After high school I went the prep school route and attended Hargrave Military Academy from 2008-2009. From there I finished my career on the D2 level at Bowie State University where I earned my degree in Sports Management with a minor in Management.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is a skill evaluation. What position do or can you play? How much of the game do you already know? How physically prepared are you to play the game on day 1 (strength & conditioning)?
Lesson 11+Clients should be able to warmup & stretch on their own. Skills should be developed to the point where our sessions should be position specific training.
Lesson 4-10Stretching & warmups should be a breeze. Most of the sessions are skill development.
Lesson 2-3These sessions will be focused on building our routine (stretching & warmups and becoming familiar with each other). Along with the beginning the development of whatever I noticed we needed to improve on from day one.
