How to Approach It
This is not a grind session. Itβs an introduction to how to train.
Structure (60β75 minutes)
1. Warm-Up (10 min)

2. Evaluation (20 min)
Youβre silently gathering data:
β’ QB: grip, stance, balance, release
β’ WR: stance, footwork, hand-eye coordination
3. Teaching Core Basics (20 min)
Only 1β2 key coaching points per position.
4. Fun Competitive Finish (10β15 min)
End with success.
DEVELOPMENT PHASE
Goal: Build consistency, speed, and confidence under pressure.
