Goal: Build trust, assess basics, and make them excited to come back.
How to Approach It
This is not a grind session. It’s an introduction to how to train.
Structure (60–75 minutes)
1. Warm-Up (10 min)
• Dynamic stretches (hips, ankles, shoulders)
• Light jog + high knees, butt kicks, arm circles
2. Evaluation (20 min)
You’re silently gathering data:
• QB: grip, stance, balance, release
• WR: stance, footwork, hand-eye coordination
3. Teaching Core Basics (20 min)
Only 1–2 key coaching points per position.
4. Fun Competitive Finish (10–15 min)
End with success.
DEVELOPMENT PHASE
Goal: Build consistency, speed, and confidence under pressure.
This is where players separate themselves.
