Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst is a assessment that I put all of my first time clients through to see what you have and what we need to work on and after I will develop a plan for you in our next session.
Lesson 11+From lesson 11+ we will be working harder, I will be pushing you to be the best athlete you can be and help you to continue playing football at any level.
Lesson 4-10Between lesson 4-10 I will than reassess you to see where you are at and continue on building what you beed regardless if its speed and agility, power with being more explosive or your position that you play.
Lesson 2-3Second and third lesson, I will work on building your weaknesses and than your strengths base off of the assessment.

Your first lessonFirst lesson is a assessment for everyone that are first time clients to see where they are at.
Lesson 11+Lesson 11 I will reassess you to see where you are at and how fast you have improved. From there we will continue to work hard and get you where you want to be at.

How it works
4-10 training will get more advanced to help you reach your maximum potential.
Lesson 2-32-3 training will be different than beginners, I will go off my assessment to see what we need to work on and from that point I will be pushing you hard.
Youth players
Working with kidsI make training fun for kids so they understand how to train and keep their focus and engage in the training. I will also jump in with them to show them what I am looking for.
Working with teenagersI keep them engaged by reminding them why they are here training and help them remember that you want to be the best you gotta train like it. They will see quick results depending on how hard they work and allow me to push them to greatness.
What you need to bringCleats, gloves if you need them and water.
What I can bringI bring everything I need to work on speed, agility, balance, hand eye coordination and specific position drills.

Accomplishments

➕I’’ve won 2 championships playing youth football and won defensive mvp three years straight, I’ve played semi pro football for 6 years and won a championship, I attended the NFL Regional Combine in 2015 and tried out for a CFL football team. I play adult flag football and won a ref cup tournament and a world tournament, I also coach youth flag football for 13 years and went to the championship 9 times and won 5. I am also a high school football coach, I coach running backs and my running back broke two school records last season which was the rushing yards and rushing touchdowns.
