The first lesson focuses on getting to know the athlete, assessing their current skill level, and establishing goals. Weβll evaluate movement, footwork, athletic stance, speed, coordination, and position-specific fundamentals. Athletes will learn proper warm-up routines, basic techniques, and receive a personalized development plan designed around their experience and goals.
Lessons 2 and 3 reinforce the fundamentals introduced in the first session while building confidence through repetition. Depending on the athleteβs position, we focus on footwork, change of direction, ball skills, tackling or coverage fundamentals, route running, catching mechanics, and reaction drills. Athletes begin learning how proper technique translates into game situations.
During lessons 4 through 10, training becomes more game-specific. Athletes improve speed, agility, football IQ, decision-making, and position techniques through competitive drills and simulated game situations. Sessions become more challenging while continuing to refine fundamentals, build confidence, and develop consistency under pressure.
Advanced training focuses on mastering position-specific skills, improving performance under game-like conditions, correcting weaknesses, and preparing for the next level of competition. Sessions are customized to each athleteβs goals and may include film review, advanced drills, leadership development, mental preparation, and performance tracking to ensure continued growth.
