Your first trainingWe go over the goals, assess how the athlete moves, ask about previous injuries, do some tests to see where we are at and then get right to it!
Training 2-3Instant improvement in either the mental or phsyical side of the game. You will learn a ton. If we can improve both that could be huge.
Training 4-10You will see massive improvements by this point mentally and physically.
Training 11+The student should be able to assess themselves by this point and improve on their own. Use me for the new information and weekly tune ups.
