Your first training1-HOUR BEGINNER QUARTERBACK TRAINING PLAN Warm-Up & Activation (0:00–0:08) • Jog + dynamic stretch • Arm circles + band pull-aparts • Hip mobility: open/close gate • Torso rotations + quick foot fire Footwork Foundation (0:08–0:20) • Stance check + ball carriage • 1-step / 3-step / 5-step drops • Reset + slide drills • Escape movement (rollout left/right) Throwing Mechanics (0:20–0:35) • Grip + stance check • No-step throws • One-step throws • Short-distance full motion throws Accuracy + Timing Drills (0:35–0:50) • Stationary target throws • Moving target (lead the coach) • Two-cone window throws Pocket Movement (0:50–0:58) • Step up / slide left / slide right / retreat • Reset into throw each time Cool Down + Coaching Points (0:58–1:00)

Training 2-3To repeat the first lesson with mastery each time. Seeing improvement in the consistency of the drills.
