As an athlete Coach Welte helped me gain great confidence in a sport I never played before. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst and foremost I am NOT the LOUD mean spirited coach. I want you to feel comfortable and open to communicate with me exactly what your goals are and what you want to achieve. I will test your 1. Speed 2. Agility 3 Knowledge of your position. 4. Stamina 5.Overall capability and help you find the matching posistion for your body type size and speed.
Lesson 11+After 11 sessions I guarantee you are now a 1st team starter and you are well on your way to become one of several athletes that move on to earn scholarships at the collegiate D1 level and even a few NFL athletes, like Ronnie Stanley of the Ravens Xavier Grimble of the Steelers.
I have coached every position and have athletes come out of high school Ranked #4 in nation at Half Back Full Back #1 ranked Tight End and #11th ranked Linebacker in the nation entering college.
Lesson 4-10A beginner by his 4th through 10th lesson will absolutely see a huge .improvement. I can assure you that every athlete I have coached moved to become a starter and a standout on his team,
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2 & 3 will be tailor designed after your initial first lesson test results. You will be infused with a greater confidence and enthusiastic approach to the game and you will notice immediate results in every aspect of the game.
